We are on Cherry Hill Road just outside Thamesford, an easy drive from Ingersoll, Woodstock, Dorchester and London.
What to bring for your first class
- Shorts and a t-shirt with no zips, buttons or pockets, or a rash guard if you have one.
- Flip-flops or slides for walking off the mat.
- A water bottle.
- Short fingernails and toenails — this one is not optional.
- Nothing else. We will lend you a gi.

Do I need to book before my first class?
It helps, so we know to expect you and can have a loaner gi ready. Turning up unannounced is fine too.
Can I watch a class before I train?
Yes, any class. Sit at the side for as long as you like.
Do you run a women’s only class?
Yes. It is a women’s class taught in a relaxed, supportive group. Get in touch and we will let you know when the next one runs.
